The Perry Meridian Girls Cross Country Team Placed 6th of 10 Teams at the IHSAA Regional Meet held at Ben Davis High School. Although the Falcons just missed qualifying for the IHSAA Semi State Meet, they had Strong Performances that include two (2) Personal Records, and one (1) Seasonal Best among it seven (7) runners.
Senior, Lauren Mervar, and Freshman, Savannah Hill did qualify for the IHSAA Semi State Meet next week as Individuals. Mervar led a Strong Team Effort, that once again showed Great Packing running on the part of the Falcons, as they placed seven runners between 30th and 55th place in a field of 90 runners.

This meet closed out the Cross Country Careers of Gallardo, Dingess, and Michael. All of them have given so much of themselves to the Cross Country Team over their high school careers. All have overcome obstacles to contribuate to the success of the team.
Mervar and Hill will compete in the IHSAA Semi State Meet next Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Blue River Memorial Park in Shelbyville, IN.
